These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lirouofficial.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from LIROU ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who may use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and able to enter into a binding contract.
2. Products and descriptions
We work to describe our products accurately, including fabric, fit and available sizes. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, and small variations between the photograph and the item you receive are possible.
We reserve the right to correct errors in product information, pricing or availability, and to update or discontinue any product at any time.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD).
- Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we confirm it and begin processing. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if we cannot verify your details, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund it in full.
5. Shipping and delivery
We deliver across Lebanon within 3 to 5 working days of order confirmation. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. See our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns and exchanges
Our Return & Exchange Policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law, including where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it ships for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible using the details on our Contact page.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including photographs, product descriptions, text, graphics, logos and the LIROU name — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorised access, or to scrape or harvest data from it without our permission.
10. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.
11. Third-party services
The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services such as payment providers and delivery partners. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or from any product purchased through it. 15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Lebanon will have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
